• Reviewed relevant information for the design including site specific geotechnical report.
• Detailed structural design of foundations, structural beams, posts, columns outside the scope of NZS3604:2011.
• Light gauge steel (LGS) framing design, lateral bracing design and structural connections for the proposed dwelling.
• Provided design calculations, design features report, technical specifications, producer statement and drawings as part of the Peter Were Architecture building consent application.
• Prioritised and answered structural related queries from the Waikato District Council during the building consent phase.
